International Summer Course 2010

7. Entry requirements / Application

Who is eligible for participation? 

• international students;
• partnership students; (ERASMUS/SOKRATES; ISAP, etc.)
• postgraduate research students;
• visiting scholars;
• those 18 and over who have a general interest in attendance. 

What is the application deadline? – Applications close on 15 July 2010 or as soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached.

Must I make a down-payment?
After applying for the International Summer Course, you must make a down-payment of 250,- Euro. You will receive an invoice after your application has been processed. You can pay via cheque or bank transfer.

What if I must cancel my application?  Please Contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel after 31 July, you will not receive a refund.

What else must I do to participate in the International Summer Course? As soon as you have received the invoice, you must take care of any visa formalities. Please contact the authorities in your home country.
Please keep in mind the fact that a visa application can take up to 3 months to process – so make sure that you contact the embassy or consulate in good time. When you are making your travel plans, ensure that your arrival and departure dates are covered by your visa and fit in with the accommodation period you have booked.
