• How much does the International Summer Course cost?
  - € 600, or
  - € 400, if you are a student on a JLU Giessen or FH Gießen-Friedberg University of Applied Sciences partnership or exchange program
  
  Concerning these course costs all applicants of FH Gießen-Friedberg University of Applied Sciences are asked to contact Silke Wehmer (email: Silke.Wehmer@verw.fh-giessen.de ).



• What is included?
  - practice-oriented language courses (96 sessions of 45 min. each)
  - learning materials
  - Workshops
  - a bus ticket for the whole course
  - chip card for the student cafeteria and refectory
  - coffee and tea during the coffee breaks
  - pick up service from Giessen’s train station
  - joint breakfast on August 30, 2009
  - city tour of Giessen
  
  
• What are the living costs in Giessen?
  - Rent: approx. € 290/month;
  - Refundable residence deposit: € 200;
  - Cost of living: approx. € 250/month;
  - Health insurance: approx. € 55/month (see insurance)
  


• How to make your payment?
  
  Your admission to the International Summer Course will be accepted only if the first instalment of EUR 250 has been paid.
  
  - You can send us a cheque (please write upon your name and International Summer Course) or
  
  - you can pay by postal order (please write upon your name and International Summer Course) or

  You can pay the rest of the course fee cash immediately after your arrival in Giessen.
  
  

  International money transfers and cheques can cause additional costs. These will not covered by Justus-Liebig University. Please check with your bank before you make the transfers.
