We would advise you to take accommodation in the Conference Hotel Steinsgarten, where we have reserved 100 units (a max. of 40 units can be used as twin rooms – an option that we would highly recommend). Reservations at Hotel Steinsgarten can be made from 15th January 2010 - 15th March 2010.

In addition to the 100 units in the Conference Hotel, some rooms have been reserved in four hotels within close proximity to the conference venue. Participants are requested to reserve their rooms themselves and pay on arrival/departure. Please mention "ICAME-conference" when contacting the hotels.

The prices for Hotel Steinsgarten include full board throughout the conference. Delegates staying in one of the other hotels or elsewhere will be charged an additional fee of € 220 to include meals and refreshments at the conference centre and to be paid directly to the conference organisers prior to the conference via credit card or bank transfer (note that paying cash during the conference is not an option).
