How to find us
You can find our institute at two locations in Giessen. Our first address is:
Institute of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry
Schubertstr. 60 Building 16
D-35392 Giessen
This building is located on the area of the center of authorithies.
To get to our building
- you take the main entrance at Schubertstrasse (gate) or
- you take the side entrance at Carl-Franz-Strasse (pedestrians only).
You can take the following buses:
- No. 1 (stage Richard-Wagner-Straße, 5 mins by foot)
- No. 10 (stage Haydn-Straße, 4 mins by foot)
- No. 11 (stage Schubertstraße, 10 mins by foot)
- No. 13 (stage Finanzamt, 3 mins by foot)
If you arrive by train, take following buses:
- No. 10 to Rathenaustraße: train station -> Haydn-Straße or
- No. 24 to Wetzlar: train station -> Marktplatz and
No. 13 to Dialysezentrum: Marktplatz -> Finanzamt

Please use one of the following buses:
- No. 10 (bus stop Aulweg or bus stop Naturwissenschaften)
- No. 13 (bus stop Richard-Wagner-Straße)
From the train station in Giessen, you can take one of the following buses:
- No. 10 to Haydn-Starße: train station -> Aulweg or
- No. 2 to Eichendorff-Ring or no. 5 to Wieseck: train station -> Marktplatz and
No. 3 to Wartweg or no. 13 to Dialysezentrum: Marktplatz -> Ludwig-Uhland-Schule
