German-Russian year for Education, Science and Innovation

From May 2011 to April 2012 our politicians declared a year for German-Russian Education, Science and Innovation.
The German-Russian year for Education, Science and Innovation started on May 23rd 2011 in Moscow - ceremonially opened by the Russian minister of eduction and science, Andrej A. Fursenko, and the German minister of eduction and science, Annette Schavan. The rector of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Viktor Sadovnichiy, and DFG vice president Peter Funke both mentioned our project as a good example for a German-Russian science cooperation.
