Teaching Mobility
In order for you to be able to spend a short-term teaching period at JLU Giessen within the framework of the ERASMUS program, your home university must have signed a cooperation agreement with JLU Giessen, within the framework of the ERASMUS program, enabling an exchange of teachers. The Giessen department concerned issues you with a Letter of Invitation, on which basis you apply to your home institution for official leave and financial support via ERASMUS, and the course or courses that you wish to offer at Giessen are included in our departmental schedule. As a rule, a teaching stay involves 5 hours of instruction per week for a maximum of 6 weeks.
