The E. coli Genome Project at UW-Madison provides access to its
a) genome sequences of E. coli K-12, pathogenic E. coli strains and
other Enterobacteriaceae,
b) E. coli K-12 genome-wide resources
(archive clones, mutants), and
c) data sets (DNA microarray, Biolog)
from the functional characterization of E. coli K-12 genes and their
regulation.
