General Information:

Registration is free of charge, but mandatory.

Registered attendees will receive a name badge and a booklet containing the Conference Program and the Poster Abstracts at the registration desk.
Snacks and drinks will be served during coffee and lunch breaks.
Please note that we cannot provide or help to arrange accommodation during the meeting. (Close to the venue you can find the following hotels: Welcome Hotel, Marburger Hof; The Marburg tourist office (Marburg Tourismus und Marketing GmbH) can also assist you with finding the appropriate accommodation.)

Abstracts:

Deadline for registration and abstract submission will be on July 15, 2015.

Traveling to Germany:

Do not forget your passport. All citizens from countries outside of the European Union might also need a valid visa. Please consult the German Consulate or Embassy in your home country for details on entry regulations and visa.

Insurance:

Philipps-University Marburg will not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. All guests and participants are strongly advised to take out all necessary insurances on their own before travelling to the symposium.

Internet:

If you need internet access while at our symposium, you need to use the eduroam service. Please visit www.eduroam.org for details.
Advice: before using eduroam at another university, we recommend that you try it at your home institution first.
