Career Management for Scientists

How do I define “career“, what are my professional goals, and how can I reach them? This workshop aims at identifying your priorities and career management skills, and introduces techniques for actively planning and managing your career. The session will also help you to learn about your own resources and strengths, relate those to your short-term and long-term career goals, and integrate career management into your everyday life. This workshop invites participation of JLU postdocs from all disciplines, independent of whether they are aiming for a career pathway inside or outside academia.
