Prior to submitting third party applications to potential sponsors, please send all documentation for review and signature via the president to the following address:

The executive board also asks to be informed in a timely manner about any projects that are currently in the draft phase and do not yet require the president's signature. This check applies especially to any contract research and service projects. As long as all documents are electronic, you can also send them to the Research Office. Please ensure all documentation is complete.
An exception to this can be made for DFG material grants. In such a case, please send your application directly to the DFG, and inform the DFG liaison lecturer as well. For all other applications as well as for the acceptance of any subsequent grants, only the university president can sign them. This also applies to contracts with private investors or for contract research and service projects. All draft contracts will normally be checked over by Department B 1.2 prior to signing.
This administrative check is especially important for calculating contract research and service projects at full cost (via Department D 2.3).
