Basic Amenities, Need for Additional
If additional basic amenities (space requirements, technical installations/fixtures, instruments, higher-than-usual usage of electricity or water, etc.) are necessary for carrying out a project, please note this at the latest as part of the third party funding notification. The need for additional basic amenities must be reported in time prior to accepting a funding approval; the presidium makes a decision about the corresponding application. Please inform the presidium early enough, especially with larger projects (e.g. research groups, SFBs). Whenever possible, every additional basic amenity requirement should be reported as part of the application. In each case, get the opinion of the dean or institute leader.
