The Work and Organizational Psychology Team presents a guest lecture on “Career Enablers and Constraints for Women as Leaders: From Headhunters to Organizational Structures” by Prof. Simonetta Manfredi. Having a law background, Prof. Manfredi is Director of the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University. One of her most recent research projects about “Women as Leaders in the British Horse Racing Industry” has received broad media attention in the UK. We are pleased to have Prof. Manfredi around to share her research in a 45 minutes’ guest lecture on Diversity, Women, and Leadership followed by an interactive discussion.
