Sebastian Beeck doctoral

Sebastian Beeck from Villmar near Limburg a. d. Lahn started his studies of chemistry at the Justus-Liebig university after he finished an apprenticeship as laboratory assistant in Frankfurt/Höchst. In March 2016 he joined the Wegner group for an internship which was followed by his Master thesis for which he was working on the synthesis of substituted Cycloparaphenylenes. For his PhD studies, he will focus on bidentate boron-based Lewis acid catalysts.
