Mari Janse van Rensburg coworker

Mari Janse van Rensburg is from South Africa and completed her Bachelor studies and Master’s degree at Stellenbosch University during which she worked on the synthesis of triazole cannabidiol analogues. She previously spent 4 months in the Wegner group in 2016 as recipient of the Liebig-College fellowship on a project titled Synthesis of Substituted Cycloparaphenylenes (CPPs). Mari joined the Wegner group in August 2019 for her PhD and is now working on boron-nitrogen radicals as new electrolytes for organic flow batteries.
