Sebastian Schmalisch

Sebastian Schmalisch was born 1989 in Germany. He studied chemistry at Humboldt University of Berlin and received his diploma degree under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rainer Mahrwald with his thesis "Direct Glycosylation of unprotected sugars" in 2014.

In August 2014 he joined the group of Prof. Dr. Hermann A. Wegner as a PhD student at Justus-Liebig University Gießen.
