Panel 122 The State of Constitutional Democracy: Observations
This is a schmooze style panel that will explore developments in constitutional democracy over the past several years. Panelists will initiate a conservation with the audience in short (5-7 minute) presentations. Then audience members will be invited to share their reflections on the state of constitutional democracy in regimes or parts of the whole they are familiar with. Our goal is to begin the project of creating an inclusive community of younger and senior scholars interested in national, regional and global problems of constitutional democracy
Chair: Mark Graber
