Exchange: Versand von Status E-Mails zur Postfachbelegung

Ab dem 15.03.2026 werden wir Sie regelmäßig automatisiert via E-Mail anschreiben, wenn Ihr Postfach mehr als 90 Prozent Speicherplatz-Belegung hat. Diese E-Mail soll Sie informieren.
Eine wichtige Maßnahme ist vor allem das Leeren des Ordners "Gelöschte Elemente".
Wenn Sie Student*in sind, haben Sie maximal 5 GB Speicherplatz. Dies kann nicht erweitert werden.
Als Mitarbeiter*in können Sie weiteren Speicherplatz bei Bedarf erhalten. Es reicht aus, wenn Sie auf die Informationsmail antworten.
Woran Sie erkennen, dass die E-Mail von uns ist: Die Status E-Mails enthalten keine Links. Absende-Adresse ist mail-support@hrz.uni-giessen.de.
