The International Office of Justus Liebig University (JLU) Giessen is your first contact point as an international student at JLU for open questions on e.g. visa and residence permit extension, health insurance, finding accomodation and financial support. Each semester, we also organise an orientation week (OWIS), workshops and other (informative) events.
Visit us during our open office hours (no appointment required) for personal support.
Altenatively, you can schedule an individual appointment and contact us via email at international.students@uni-giessen.de.
You can find us on Mondays (10 am to 12 pm) and Wednesdays (2 pm to 4 pm) in room 38 on the ground floor in Goethestrasse 58, 35390 Giessen.
