Postdocs
In this workshop agile projektmanagement is taught to researchers in a new way, building on corporate learning approaches while accounting for the uncertainty of a research environment. You will set a 12-week vision for your own project, implement a project charter, work with the result generator, handle the sprint planner, structure your day for maximum productivity, establish sprints, and improve your outcomes. The workshop starts with an online live session on day one of the program.
This is followed by 7 weeks of on-demand implementation modules. Work at your own pace: content modules with lectures, FAQs, templates and workbooks are released weekly and accessible 24/7. Get guidance, answers to questions and interact with fellow participants during weekly online live sessions (Wed/Thu). The course will be offiered twice, once in spring and autmn.
