"Fast Forward teaches agile project management to researchers in a new way building on corporate learning approaches. You will generate a vision for one of your own projects, implement a project charta; work with the result generator, handle the sprint planner, implement time management technics to structure your productive day, establish the sprint and improve your outcome. Live Kick-off Workshop: Get to know the other participants in an interactive online session on the first day.
