You have studied at Justus Liebig University for at least one semester and would like to stay in touch with your alma mater? Joining the community of our alumni is a great opportunity to do so! As a JLU alumna or alumnus you have access to a variety of services, including alumni events, career support and other benefits. Furthermore, joining the community of JLU alumni will give you the chance to stay involved by sharing your experience and knowledge. We provide attractive services for JLU alumni from all faculties, such as alumni events, classes and counselling at JLU's Career Services as well as subscriptions to the university newspaper and the alumni newsletter.

 Alumni Events:

The central Alumni Service as well as the alumni initiatives of the departements and centres at JLU organize attractive alumni events on a regular basis. This gives you the chance to meet former fellow students and lecturers in various contexts, such as graduation celebrations and summer parties. Career Services

JLU's Career Services offer a broad range of services which is free of charge for all of our alumni. Participate in seminars, workshops or lectures focusing on all matters concerning job and career. JLU alumni are entitled to receive the university newspaper uniforum as well as the magazine forum forschung free of charge. To take advantage of this offer, simply register at our Alumni-Network.

Involvement

 

Do you want to become involved with your alma mater? Communication with our alumni is an important source of inspiration for us and our current students. There are many possibilities for you to make a contribution, some of which are listed below. Do not hesitate to contact us! Your involvement is very much appreciated!

 Knowledge and Experience

You can share your knowledge and practical experience by giving a talk, lecture or workshop. For example, in our lecture series Beruf und Karriere alumni present their fields of occupation and employers to our current generation of students.

Networks

Your networks are a valuable asset which you can share with our current students. Please feel free to contact us if you or your company are looking for qualified staff. We are happy to publish your job adverts or internship offers.

Financial Support

You can also provide financial support, for instance in the form of a scholarship or by funding university projects or events.

Deutschland-Alumni

 

 

Alumniportal Deutschland is a social network funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. This network is open to all Deutschland-Alumni.
