Application for module extension/Antrag auf Modulverlängerung

NOTE: the following applies to "Lehramtsstudierende" only (as of 2013, BA and MA students do not need a formal module extension any more).

In case you have to extend one of the following modules (and these only; for other modules please refer to the responsible professor, see list on department noticeboard or homepage), please fill in this application form and hand it in (in triplicate) in room B406, stating a valid reason why you have to extend the module on a separate sheet.
