Information for Parents
How to participate in a study?
In our department we investigate different research questions that involve very different age groups. Our youngest participants, for example, are only three months old, whereas our oldest participants are up to 16 years old. If you have looked through our website and would like to participate in our research, please contact us. You could either give us a call or send us an email (address below). You could leave us a message on the answering machine and we will give you a call to inform you about our current projects. At that time, you may decide whether or not you'd like to participate in that particular study and we can arrange an appointment.

What happens during a visit?
For most of our studies, there is only one appointment and the session lasts only about 30 minutes. We use several different well established methods depending on the goal of the study and the age of your child. Of course all of our studies are designed to be fun and engaging for the participating children. Every child receives a gift and a certificate as a means of thanking you and your child for participating and contributing to our research. Of course parents are allowed to sit in on the sessions all the time and we guarantee the anonymity of your personal data.
