In-situ diagnostics running!
Commissioning of the in-situ diagnostics for layer thickness control has been carried out successfully. The recorded layer thicknesses for optical coatings (here case study TiO2) agree with the ex-situ measured values of the spectroscopic ellipsometry. The automated layer thickness control can be expanded by “teaching” the new material systems sought for.
