CfA On_Culture Issue 13 (Summer 2022)
We are excited to share our new Call for Abstracts for the summer issue 2022 on “In_Visibilities,” with guest-editors Jana Tiborra and Katharina Wolf.
“The 13th issue of On_Culture will approach questions of in_visibility from a power-analytical and ideology-critical perspective to create space for ambiguities that put the visibility concept under re-negotiation. The aim is to bring critical analyses of othering processes in visual culture in dialogue with strategies of empowering (self)representations of subjects who experienced discrimination or marginalization.”
Deadline for submission is September 15, 2021.
