For 60 years, PVA Crystal Growing Systems GmbH has been a leading system supplier of crystal growing systems for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industry - floating zone and Czochralski systems for ultra-pure silicon and germanium crystals. With more than 1000 systems sold and extensive technological know-how, it has been supporting its customers in the production of ultra-pure monocrystals for more than 60 years. The semiconductor industry as well as the photovoltaic, electronics and R&D sectors rely on these systems and comprehensive service. The specific system construction and individual order processing enable the cultivation of high quality crystals.
