Opencast

Please download and locally back up all videos you still need before your departure date (affects particularly teaching staff). Videos are automatically deleted after 5 years. Further information on Opencast is available on the IT Service Centre (HRZ) information pages. For general inquiries, the HRZ is happy to assist you at: opencast@hrz.uni-giessen.de.

Outlook

  • Email functionality: see entry on Email.
  • Outlook calendar: Please inform your division if you are responsible for a shared Outlook calendar (owner rights). Owner rights cannot be transferred; please ensure that appointments are migrated to another calendar under a new owner’s account.
