Admins of a space in

can have their permissions transferred to another person in the institution by a Collab system administrator. An informal email to
confluence-support
is sufficient. Please include the following information in the email: the name and user ID of the person who is to receive the permissions and the name or a list of the spaces concerned. Further

Current Research Information Systems (CRIS)
After leaving the university, it is no longer possible to log into the JLU Research Information System. Therefore, information from the CRIS must be secured in advance of leaving. If your account has already been deleted or you need help with data backup, please contact the responsible team at

Publications affiliated with JLU will continue to be displayed on the
JLU research portal
. The same applies to basic information about projects that were acquired during your time at JLU. Your personal profile on the research portal will be offline after you have left JLU.
