Please have the permissions for functional emails removed (see also entry on Shared Mailbox).

Unsubscribe from distribution lists (see also entry on JLU Mailing List Service / Sympa).

In order to remain identifiable throughout your academic career, we recommend that you use an independent researcher ID such as “Open Researcher and Contributor iD” (ORCID).There you can change your primary email address if necessary and still remain uniquely identifiable via ORCID.
