Checklist HRZ Account
After leaving the university, you will lose your license to use Zoom within a few weeks. Zoom may only be used at JLU for teaching purposes. If you are still conducting ongoing teaching sessions with other instructors (e.g., a lecture series), please ensure before your departure that your co-instructors are registered as "Hosts" or "Co-Hosts" in the Zoom meetings. Otherwise, the co-instructors would need to create new meeting rooms, and the new links would have to be communicated accordingly to the students.
