Checklist HRZ Account

Please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a deactivation request
    The responsible organizational unit deactivates the user with their JLU user identification and phone number at the group / cluster for communications technology. Please send an email to rainbow . Timely deactivation helps avoid unnecessary license costs.
  2. Manage administrative rights
    Ensure that all administrative roles ("Bubbles") are transferred in a timely manner to suitable colleagues to prevent organizational gaps.
  3. Final steps
    Log out actively from Rainbow and, if necessary, uninstall the Rainbow app from your smartphone.
  4. Option for private continued use
    Those who wish to continue using Rainbow after leaving the JLU can create a free OpenRainbow user account using a private email address at https://web.openrainbow.com .

Note: Once your account is deleted, all data is 100% permanently erased and cannot be restored.
