Plone
Existing editing and authorisation rights for Plone websites or sections must be transferred to other individuals well in advance of your departure. Requests for new permissions are to be submitted by the respective supervisors to the responsible office. At the same time,please ensure that your own editorial rights are revoked. You will find an overview of Plone permission assignment on the JLU’s Plone help pages.

Printers
Email addresses stored in printers ("scan destinations" in the address book) will be removed by Division D6. An informal email to
materialwirtschaft
is sufficient.
