Ombudsperson for International Students at JLU

JLU has signed the national codex for studies of international students at German universities. It is committed to quality standards pertaining to the information, counselling, matriculation, and tutoring of its international students in order to create excellent study conditions.

JLU's ombudsperson for international students has the function to support international (doctoral) students and researchers both in every day matters and with their studies. JLU's departments like the international office, the registrar's office, etc. are always trying to help you and are your first contact. Naturally, they also welcome criticism. You can contact JLU's ombudsperson for international students (JLU's vice president for study and teaching) in case these first contacts should not observe the national codex in the areas of administration or teaching.
