You can apply for a PROMOS scholarship now. The application deadline for stays starting January 2024 is Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Please note:

1. The funding of stays in the Russian Federation and Belarus is currently suspended.
   
   
2. Due to severe budget-cuts in the program, study trips in 2024 can only be funded with a maximum of 50% of the amount that is eligible to apply for. It is therefore essential to explore options for (co-)funding already in the planning phase and to use alternative funding instruments if necessary. Study trips within Erasmus countries might be funded alternatively within Erasmus Blended Mobility. Please contact us at an early stage, especially if you are planning joint activities with Erasmus partner universities as part of an excursion.
   
   
3. The PROMOS programme is advertised twice a year:
   The first call for applications refers to stays in the first half of the year. Application period: Start of winter semester until mid-December.
   The second call refers to stays in the second half of the year. Application period: Start of summer semester until the end of May.
   Please check which call for applications applies to your planned project and submit your application accordingly.
