The Department of Human Resource Development was founded in 2016 and is located in the Department of Human Resources. We are responsible for all central Human Resource Sevelopment measures at the JLU. Among other things, we expand existing Human Resource Development resources for different phases of the employment cycle. These phases introduce new employees to their occupation and accompany employment and career change. Additionally, our employees of the Department of Human Resource Development are responsible for the following tasks.
