Events are a part of everyday life at JLU. Whether they are international meetings, research conferences, or smaller-scale events, they all enrich university life but also require a lot of administrative and organizational effort: registrations must be tracked, participation fees collected, and tickets issued digitally.

Since February 2025, JLU members have had access to Eveeno, a centralized, user-friendly solution for digital attendee management that handles these and other tasks for events with and without registration fees.

Using Eveeno's payment service

For charged events (with participation fees), Eveeno handles payment processing and enables modern online payments. A commission of 4.9% of the participation fees applies. This is automatically deducted before the proceeds are forwarded to JLU’s finance department—transparently and without any extra effort on your part. For events without payment processing, no fees apply—registration and use (management of registrations, ticket creation, etc.) are free of charge.

🚀 How to get started with Eveeno (in 5 steps)

Fill out the form (basic information, options, content). Dieses Formular ist auch auf Deutsch verfügbar.
Register with Eveeno and verify your account (German only).
The event will be created and made available to you (we will notify you).
Log in and get started (location, date, text, design, ticket options).
Contact Department D: event (only for paid events: cf. sample calculation).
