Co-creative, networked and effective cross-university community buildingHow does good collaboration work across university boundaries? This question is the focus of a recent article in the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung, which our colleague Anna Jäger contributed to. The article „Hochschulübergreifende Zusammenarbeit als Selbstversuch“ presents the Community of Practice „Communitybuilding für Communitybuilder“. This is a voluntary association of employees from various projects funded by the Foundation for Innovation in Higher Education. The aim of the initiative is to test structures for collaborative and, in particular, co-creative teaching development and to make experiences accessible across projects. With participants from projects such as Co³Learn, ViBeS, BiLinked, MarSkills, REDiEE, Futur.A, DigiTeLL, Curriculum Innovation Hub, D2C2, InDiNo and NIDIT an active network has emerged in recent years that exchanges ideas via online formats, face-to-face meetings and joint publications. The article brings together practical findings on formats, digital tools and conditions for success for teaching-learning networks. All contributors and projects are named in the article. We greatly value the exchange between colleagues and are delighted that Anna Jäger is helping to shape this important discourse and contributing her experience and ideas to both our team and the network. |
