05/07/2022 | Explainer video „Hybrid Teaching – Part 1“ in the NIDIT media library

In the current linguistic usage of German universities, hybrid teaching refers to the simultaneous offering of online and face-to-face participation in events. In this context, presence is understood to mean physical presence in the lecture room. This connection of digital teaching with classical presence formats enables students to participate in such formats flexibly and independent of location. (see Reinmann, 2021)

In our first explainer video, we discuss the general definition of hybrid teaching and outline advantages and disadvantages. The video is available in German and English with the respective subtitles. Please visit our YouTube channel or the NIDIT media library and activate the desired subtitles for an accessible version.
