We begin the second day of our conference Teaching Futures - Partners in Progress with a welcome address by Prof Dr Alexander Goesmann (Vice President for Studies and Teaching at Justus Liebig University Giessen), which will focus on the importance of internationalization for universities in research and teaching.

Hubertus Weyer on "COILs and Co-Teaching: The Internationalization of Future Skills, Language Skills and Subject-Specific Teaching and Learning"

Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects and co-teaching are innovative examples of effective, constructivist teaching and learning methods that diverge from traditional instructional approaches.
This presentation will showcase selected COIL and co-teaching projects implemented at Wiesbaden Business School (Hochschule RheinMain) over the past two years. Qualitative and quantitative data from evaluations and additional surveys conducted at the university will provide insights into how participating students and instructors assess their effectiveness.
