Plagiarisms

The rules of scientific work require that thoughts taken over from others be marked. Anyone who passes off other people's thoughts as his own commits plagiarism. For this reason, all adoptions, whether verbatim or based on others' ideas, must be identified by citing the source. Plagiarism is not a trivial offence - even the suspicion of plagiarism is punished and can lead to failure to pass the test. Further information on good scientific work can be found on the university's website and in our chair guide.
