Management II (SS)

Content of the course "Management II" (Lecture and Tutorial)

The aim of the course “Management II” is to impart the basic knowledge of general management to the students and allow them to gain insights in the various range of subjects the involved professorships devote themselves to. Students learn both basic concepts and methods and apply them with the aid of examples from practice and research. In this way, typical economic lines of arguments and calculations are demonstrated. As a result, students will be able to discuss general business questions by themselves in the future.

The course consists of the main parts and will be offered in cooperation with the Chair of Marketing (BWL I). The following contents will be part of the course “General Management II”:

  • Basics of technology management and innovation management
