We focus on information systems and digitalization, particularly on intelligent and interactive decision support systems, e-commerce and virtual reality-commerce (VR-Commerce). We hereby use behavioral research methods, which help us to understand and to explain the behavior of users of digital platforms and VR applications. We also apply design-oriented research to build and implement new systems.
To evaluate theoretical models, and also for the evaluation of concepts and implementations of systems, we use experimental research, either in the laboratory, the field, online or in virtual environments. Furthermore we apply eye-tracking methods and physiological measurement of emotions.
