Do you have difficulties in preparing your exams?

It´s hard for you to relax?
We offer consultation hours, in which we talk about your individual problems and look for appropriate support options.

Furthermore we offer a Peer-to-Peer-Counseling: your personal counselor (M.Sc. Students of psychology) works with you in several sessions, which are confidential and cost-free.
Usual topics are:
Solution-oriented counseling for current difficulties in your field of study
Training of study- and reading techniques (f.e. preperation of oral presentations or exams), time-management
Learning of relaxation techniques (new course starting in November! --> StudIP "Entspannungstraining")
