  • Developing a morphology-based family-level Lake Biotic Index (LBI) for Albertine Rift valley lakes
  • Developing a phylogenetic-diversity lake index (PDLI) using selected macroinvertebrate taxa
  • Relationship between macroinvertebrates (Chironomidae and Mollusca) and ecological drivers
  • Integrative biotic assessment system (IBAS)
