Master of Science
The Master’s Degree is the second academic degree of the faculty 09 Agricultural Sciences, Nutritional Sciences and Environmental Management. After a standard period of study of four semesters graduates can carry out independent scientific work. Additionally, students gain generic competences which are increasingly demanded in business. The degree qualifies for a qualified profession and for starting a doctorate.
A necessary precondition for admission to Master degree programmes is a Bachelor degree in a relevant Bachelor programme. The relevant Bachelor programmes are listed in appendix 4 to the examination regulations (Prüfungsordnung). Applicants not holding a relevant Bachelor degree will be examined individually to assess their academic qualification. Any information on the status of acceptance without having completed the application process is not possible.
