Within the RA3, we plan our last reading session for this semester, focusing on performativity and politics. Besides, thanks to Jens Kugel, Pr. James M. Harding might join our session.

James M. Harding is an internationally known scholar whose work focuses on political activism and the arts, the history of experimental theatre, theatre in the 1960s, post 9/11 theatre and performance, the intersection of surveillance and performance, and on performance studies more generally. And as we discussed with Jens, we can think together about a possible event (a workshop or seminar or lecture... by Pr. Harding). Some questions might be points of departure: a shift of public sphere: a tension between digital and physical spaces a challenge for visibility (missed people) a new meaning of politicality regarding a live gathering that becomes less and less possible (due to several reasons) is this political potential of the co-presence of the bodies changed or occupied or dispersed?
