    Anlass: MAGKS Workshop 'Lectures on Cartels' - Der Workshop auf Schloss Rauischholzhausen ist Teil des inter-universitären MAGKS-Programms, in dessen Rahmen die Universitäten Marburg, Aachen, Gießen, Göttingen, Kassel und Siegen eine gemeinsame Doktorandenausbildung im Fach Volkswirtschaftslehre anbieten. Zusätzlich zu den Teilnehmern der MAGKS-Universitäten umfasste der Teilnehmerkreis der Veranstaltung Jungforscher aus Amsterdam, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hohenheim, Mannheim und Würzburg, die vornehmlich im Bereich der Wettbewerbspolitik arbeiten. Prof. Harrington präsentierte den Teilnehmern dabei nicht nur neue theoretische und empirische Erkenntnisse aus seinem Arbeitsgebiet. Vielmehr bestand für die Teilnehmer auch die Möglichkeit, ihre eigenen Arbeiten zu präsentieren und mit einem Experten zu diskutieren.
