Bachelor of Arts
In the context of the Bachelor’s programme in History and Culture Studies, European Art History can be studied as an undergraduate course in both the major and minor subjects in their thematic width and historical depth. The range of modules is divided into three pillars:
Basics of the subject (modules: basis, methods, contextualisation)
The subject in its historical depth (Epoch module: I Middle Ages 300-1400, II Early Modern Age 1400-1800, III Modern Age and Present since 1800) and thematic width (Advanced Modules I and II)
Practice (Practice module or internships, excursion, thesis)
