Vortrag: "Multivariate polynomial interpolation via Gröbner bases"

Abstract:

In this talk we perform multivariate Lagrange, Hermite and Birkhoff polynomial interpolation in an effective way by using computational techniques based on Gröbner bases.
After a theoretical study of our method, we exhibit its implementation through the corresponding algorithms we develop and show several examples of how these algorithms work.
