Schlettwein group

Welcome to the webpage of Schlettwein group. In our research we deal with the preparation and characterisation of thin films of organic materials and of inorganic-organic hybrid materials and their integration into electrical components.
We investigate new functional materials for organic field-effect transistors (OFET), organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSC), perovskite solar cells (PSC) and for "smart windows" (electrochromic layers). In teaching, we take care of a broad spectrum of physics education from bachelor's to doctoral studies, from introductory courses in experimental physics to solid state and surface physics to special courses and research practicals. On these pages you can follow current developments, find out about research priorities and contact us.
